Are you a mobile or drop-off service detailing company?

We offer both for most detailing packages! Details that require drop-off include:

Add-on Services that require drop-off for an Interior Detail include:

What do I need to provide for a detail?

Besides your car keys, all we need to know are your concerns for your vehicle. It's also important for us to know about any problems your car is experiencing before starting your detail - weak car battery, broken seat handle, heater not working, etc.

As for electricity & water, we provide our own and are good to go

Do I need to empty out my belongings before my detail?

Clearing your vehicle of personal items will give our technicians more time to detail your car. Although it's not required, the time spend by our detailers to remove your items will cut into your appointment time. Our technicians can readily remove larger items like sun shades and umbrellas. Smaller items - including in the glove box and center consoles - will be collected and placed into bags to be returned to the vehicle afterwards. Our technicians can dispose of trash for you. 

Can I have a portion of my car cleaned for a cheaper price?

At this time, we do not offer partial detailing services. Instead, we provide a range or detailing packages that include a variety of services to meet the needs of our customers. Our detailing packages are designed to provide you with the best value for your money, and our team will work with you to determine which package is right for you and your vehicle. We believe that our packages offer the best overall value and quality, and we are confident you will be satisfied with the results.

How often should I get my car detailed?

This depends on many factors - such as whether your car is garage-kept, the season, distance for commuting, etc. We recommend investing in our Full Detail which resets both your car Interior and Exterior. If you are looking for paint correction, consider our Paint Enhancement or Ceramic Coating services.

Once we are able to reset your car, we recommend our Express Detail once a month to keep your car fresh and protect the Interior and Exterior from harmful contaminants. Depending on how well your car is kept, you may need an Interior or Exterior Detail every 6 months or once a year.

How does Clean My Car's drop-off service work?

After booking a detail online or with a technician over the phone, our detailing garage address will be sent to you. On the day of your detail, simply bring your car to us and we'll be ready for your detail. We recommend arranging a ride with a friend or family member. We do provide a waiting area for you if you are waiting for a ride. Once we are about 45 minutes from finishing up, we'll notify you when your car will be ready for pick up. Simply pick up, be amazed by your detail, and we'll handle payment then. You can check average duration times for our details on our Services & Pricing page.

Will I need to reschedule my detail for bad weather?

In the event of inclement weather - such as freezing temperatures, severe thunder storms, excessive wind, rain, sleet, or hail - Clean My Car can only keep your appointment if you have a sedan and are able to drop-off your vehicle. 

This policy is set to protect your vehicle, our equipment, and our technicians.

If you have a larger vehicle or are unable to drop off, our dedicated team will gladly assist you in finding a more suitable time for your service. 

What if I'm dissatisfied with my detail?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your detail, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right via chat, phone, email, or schedule a call with us if you can't connect with a team member.
